General Terms and Conditions
Article 1 - Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Supplementary Agreement: An agreement whereby the consumer acquires products, digital content, and/or services in connection with a distance sales agreement, provided by London Finds or a third party based on an agreement between this third party and London Finds.

Consumer: A natural person who does not act for purposes related to commercial, business, craft, or professional activities.

Day: Calendar day.

Ongoing Agreement: An agreement aimed at regular delivery of goods, services, and/or digital content over a specified period.

Durable Medium: Any means, including email, that enables the consumer or business to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows for future consultation or use for a sufficient period for the purpose for which the information is intended, and that allows for unchanged reproduction of the stored information.

Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to renounce the distance contract within the reflection period.

Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers at a distance

Digital Content: Data produced and delivered in digital form.
- Distance Sales Agreement: An agreement between London Finds and the consumer concluded as part of an organized system for the distance sale of products, digital content, and/or services, where one or more techniques for remote communication are exclusively or partially used until the conclusion of the agreement.

Article 3 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to any offer from London Finds and any agreement entered into remotely between businesses and consumers. Before entering into the distance sales agreement, the consumer will be presented with these general terms and conditions. If it is not reasonably possible, London Finds will inform the consumer before entering into the distance sales agreement about how the general terms and conditions can be consulted at London Finds and that they will be sent free of charge as soon as possible upon the consumer's request.
If the distance sales agreement is concluded electronically, contrary to the previous paragraph, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer electronically in such a way that the consumer can easily save them on a durable medium. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated before entering into the distance sales agreement where the general terms and conditions can be consulted electronically and that they will be sent electronically or otherwise free of charge upon the consumer's request.
Article 4 – The Offer
The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the offered products, digital content, and/or services. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable the consumer to make an informed assessment of the offer. If London Finds uses images, these are a true representation of the offered products, services, and/or digital content. Obvious errors or shortcomings in the offer are not binding on London Finds. Each offer contains the necessary information that allows the consumer to assess the rights and obligations associated with accepting the offer.
Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded, subject to the provisions of the fourth paragraph, at the time the consumer accepts the offer and meets the corresponding conditions. If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, London Finds confirms receipt of the acceptance electronically. Until London Finds has confirmed receipt of this acceptance, the consumer can revoke the agreement. London Finds takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure electronic data transmission and provides a secure web environment. London Finds may, within legal limits, investigate whether the consumer can meet their payment obligations, as well as all facts and factors important for a responsible conclusion of the distance sales agreement. If London Finds has good reason not to conclude the agreement based on this investigation, it is entitled to refuse an order or request or to set special conditions for execution.
Article 6 - Cancellation Policy
Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 5 minutes of placing it. Due to the automated nature of the order processing system, orders cannot be cancelled beyond this time frame as they are immediately prepared for fulfillment.
All cancellation requests must be submitted through the designated customer service contact method. If a cancellation request is received after the 5-minute window, the order will proceed through the fulfillment process and cannot be altered.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation policy.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
During this period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care and may only unpack or use it as necessary to determine whether they wish to keep it. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be returned with all accessories, and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging, following London Finds’ clear instructions.
To use the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify London Finds within 14 days of receiving the product, by written message or email. After giving notice, the consumer must return the product within the next 14 days and provide proof of timely return (e.g., proof of posting).
If the consumer does not notify London Finds or fails to return the product within the required timeframes, the purchase becomes final.
Article 8 - Costs of Withdrawal
During this period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care and may only unpack or use it as necessary to determine whether they wish to keep it. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be returned with all accessories, and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging, following London Finds’ clear instructions.

Article 9 – Complaint Procedure
Complaints regarding the execution of the agreement must be submitted to London Finds within 7 days after the consumer has discovered the defect. The complaint must be clearly described and complete.
Complaints submitted to London Finds will be answered within 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, London Finds will send an acknowledgment of receipt within 14 days along with an indication of when the consumer can expect a more detailed response.
If a complaint cannot be resolved through mutual consultation, the matter will be considered a dispute and will fall under the dispute resolution procedure described in Article 16.
Submitting a complaint does not suspend the consumer’s payment obligations, unless London Finds confirms otherwise in writing.
If the complaint is deemed valid by London Finds, the company will, at its discretion, repair or replace the delivered product free of charge.
Article 10 – Disputes
All agreements between London Finds and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply are governed exclusively by Dutch law, even if the consumer resides outside the Netherlands.
